Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
Process
To benefit from this right and initiate a return, send us an email at ataraxiacrea@outlook.fr specifying:
- Your first and last name used when placing the order
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the defect or the issue encountered with the product
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition: please ensure you take all necessary precautions to preserve the integrity of the product during transit.
Liability
We cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return. For your peace of mind, opt for a tracked shipping method and insure your package accordingly.
Refund
In the event of an accepted return, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Non-compliance with the deadline or conditions
If the deadline has passed or if the returned items do not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We strive to inform our customers of the return conditions in advance.
